Provided trade show and meeting planning services for this national association of tobacco and convenience retailers. Responsibilities included: exhibit sales and management, site selection, hotel contract negotiation, food and beverage management, assisting with speaker selection, program development, marketing, financial management, website development and maintenance, provision of all online registration and e-commerce solutions, sponsor development, care and handling of VIP’s, handling on-site registration, liaison with hotel, DMC, and other service providers.

Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors, Inc.
September 1995 – Present
Currently under contract to handle all aspects of managing this 14-state regional trade association representing distributors, manufacturers, and brokers involved in the tobacco, candy and convenience products industry. States in the region include: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.

Wholesale Distributors of Georgia 
2007 – Present
Currently providing all legislative and regulatory services for this group of wholesale distributors of convenience products who conduct business in Georgia. Responsibilities include: hiring and managing lobbyists, drafting talking points and position papers on industry issues, serving as a liaison between industry, legislators, regulators and lobbyists, testifying before legislative committees, and planning and developing grassroots lobbying efforts.

Wholesale Distributors of South Carolina

Currently providing all legislative and regulatory services for this group of wholesale distributors of convenience products who conduct business in South Carolina. Responsibilities include: hiring and managing lobbyists, drafting talking points and position papers on industry issues, serving as a liaison between industry, legislators, regulators and lobbyists, testifying before legislative committees, and planning and developing grassroots lobbying efforts.

George Towne Square Condominium Association, Inc.
July 2003 – Present
Currently under contract to provide property management services to this 14 building/50-unit office condominium complex. Responsibilities include all aspects of property management including: liaison to board of directors, attorneys, accountants, and maintenance contractors; monthly billing, preparing monthly financial reports for Treasurer, accounts payable, property transfer documentation, signage, etc.
